Terms of service

1. What Crysea is

Crysea is a web service that lets a business manage its appointment calendar and connect its WhatsApp Business number so that an automated assistant answers messages and books appointments on its behalf. The service is provided by HydraGroup LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Who can use it

You must be of legal age and able to enter into a contract, and use the service for your own business activity or that of the company you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. The assistant and your responsibility

The assistant offers only the times available according to the calendar and rules you configure, and confirms with the person before creating an appointment. Even so, it is an automated system:

• You remain responsible to your clients for the appointments booked, the prices communicated and the service delivered.
• You must review your configuration — services, durations, hours, travel times, prices — and keep it up to date.
• When the assistant cannot resolve something, the conversation is left for you in the panel; attending to it is your responsibility.
• We recommend telling your clients that your WhatsApp is supported by an assistant.

4. WhatsApp

To use the assistant you must connect a number enabled on the WhatsApp Business Platform and comply with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies, including the rules on unsolicited messages. Crysea is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. If Meta suspends or limits your number or account, the assistant will no longer be able to reply, and that is outside our control.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Crysea to send unsolicited bulk messages, for illegal activities, to impersonate another person or business, or to offer services other than those declared in your account. You may not attempt to access other businesses' data, resell the service without authorisation, or automate the panel by means not provided for.

6. Plans, trial and payments

The Free plan is free of charge, includes the calendar panel without the WhatsApp assistant, and does not expire. Plans with the assistant come with a 14-day trial without a card; when the trial ends, if you do not purchase a paid plan, the account moves to the Free plan and your calendar, clients and configuration are kept.

Prices for paid plans are published per market and may change; any change is announced before it applies and nothing is charged unless you have expressly purchased it. Paid plans are billed monthly and you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. There are no refunds for periods already started, except where the law requires them.

7. Your data and your clients' data

Your calendar and client data are yours. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export it or request its deletion at any time. You are responsible for having a legitimate basis to process your clients' data and for handling their privacy requests, with our help.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: we depend on third parties (WhatsApp, cloud and language-model providers) and we perform maintenance. We may modify or withdraw features; if a change materially affects what you purchased, we will give you reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits, missed appointments, or indirect damages arising from assistant errors, WhatsApp unavailability or an incorrect configuration of your account. None of this limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the panel or by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or WhatsApp's policies, or that puts the service or third parties at risk, giving notice where possible. After closure, data is deleted according to the periods in the Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the domicile of HydraGroup LLC (1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Ste N, Albuquerque NM 87110, US), and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that domicile, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
